Who We Are

Box Atlanta (box-atlanta.com) is a referral service. It passes requests to buy, sell, recycle, or move boxes in the Atlanta area to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare and fulfill the quotes. Box Atlanta does not sell boxes or run pickups itself.

What the Form Collects

When you send the quote form, it collects what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company (optional), street address, city, state, and ZIP code, the product, service, grade, quantity, and timeframe you choose, your message, and whether you ticked the text-message box.

The form also records the page you sent it from and any campaign details in the link you arrived by (such as UTM tags), so we can tell which pages bring in requests.

How Your Request Is Used

Your request goes to 1DB, the lead platform that routes requests, and from there to one or more partner suppliers who can handle it. They use your details to prepare a quote or offer and to contact you about this request.

We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Text Messages

The text-message box on the form is optional and unticked by default. If you tick it, you agree to this: "Text me about this request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." Texts are only about your request. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Consent to texts is not a condition of getting a quote.

Retention

Requests are kept only as long as needed to handle them and follow up, and for the records partner suppliers must keep for their own business. You can ask for your request to be deleted at any time.

Analytics

The site uses PostHog analytics, loaded through this site's own domain, to count visits and see how pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies.
